Phasis Logistics is a transport solutions provider specialising in project logistics, headquartered in Tbilisi, Georgia. We combine regional expertise with global reach to manage complex cargo movements across the wider Black Sea and Caspian region, including the South Caucasus and Central Asia.
Our strength lies in combining practical local knowledge, international project experience and a global network of trusted partners. We understand the details that shape successful delivery: regional infrastructure, route restrictions, border procedures and the coordination required between carriers, terminals and local service providers.
Project logistics is at the heart of what we do. From heavy lift and oversized equipment to complex industrial shipments, we develop transport solutions around each project’s requirements. Our capabilities bring together project freight forwarding, road, rail, sea and air freight, supported by storage solutions where required.
We work closely with clients and partners from initial planning through execution. Careful preparation, responsive coordination and clear communication guide our approach, with safety and accountability central to every movement.
For international companies delivering projects in the region, Phasis Logistics offers a knowledgeable local partner with an international outlook. For regional businesses reaching international markets, we provide the experience and global relationships to coordinate the journey.
